Connection failed: Failed to connect to zoom.us port 443: Connection refused

Hello
I’ve been using Zoom plugin in Moodle for 2 years. Last week, I update the plugin to 5.2.2 version, and 2 days later, I have this error :

Connection status: Connection failed: Failed to connect to zoom.us port 443: Connection refused

The first time this error has shown, it solved few minutes later. Then, it showed again last monday and is still there.

Could you please point me to the plugin you are using?
Is it this one? Moodle plugins directory: Zoom meeting | Moodle.org

If so, I would suggest you to reach out directly to them so they can help troubleshoot this issue, since we did not develop that integration.

Thanks for your response. My issue has been addressed by the hosting company. A problem of port 443.
