The Contact Center SDK for Android version 1.0 and Contact Center SDK for iOS version 1.0 are now in public beta. Brands and campaigns can integrate in-app messaging and in-app video call capabilities with the Zoom Contact Center using these SDKs.
Download these SDKs from the Zoom App Marketplace for Zoom accounts that have a Zoom Contact Center license. Developers must get entry IDs in the chat and video flows on the Contact Center web portal to initiate engagements using the SDK. See the following documentation for details:
