Thanks for reaching out about this. At this time, it’s not possible to create a brand new account from scratch, via API. This is however a great suggestion—if you’d like, you might consider posting this as a feature request here: #feature-requests

The only way to create an account via API at this time is if you already have an account and have a Zoom Pro or higher plan with the Master Account option enabled—you could then use this endpoint to create a sub account.
