Hi, I am embedding Zoom SDK into a custom device without an internal camera. I am able to access a USB webcam and render that to a view (via a 3rd party library which renders Open GL), and I can also access the data frames.
I would like to be able to send the frames to Zoom as a video data source. I see classes and interfaces that can receive frames data, such as RawDataRenderer in the SDK sample, and how it implements ZoomVideoSDKRawDataPipeDelegate. But I don’t see a way to insert a custom data source for video data.
Can you advise if there is a method to do this please? I have read other posts which indicate that Zoom itself does not support external webcams, but considering I can supply the video data to Zoom I’m thinking there might be a way to do that with the video SDK…
I’m using the Zoom video SDK for Android version 1.3.2
I’m targeting Android 10, but am happy to experiment in any target version to see if this is possible.
Thanks for any help you can give!
