Create users api vs pro account user confusion for create meetings

I am researching zoom for a client who will purchase the pro plan. The use case requires setting up multiple meetings > 100 on a daily basis from the API… I understand the rate limit of 100 per user … where my confusion starts is

if i create a user using https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/methods/#operation/userCreate

does it mean its a new user in my pro account… or that user gets his own zoom one free account? what is the difference between pro account user (meaning a company which has purchased a zoom pro) and users created using the userCreate api?

Hi @bhagwat.parag , creating a user with the User API will invite the email address to join your Pro account. Once activated, the user will be a member of the (company) Pro account and will be able to create/join meetings.
