Created an app, submitted, made update to user based on zoom reviewer and the app dissapeared!

I created a Zoom application using the Meetings SDK with a user on my domain. After submitting the app, I got a lot of review comments from the Zoom team, amongst them being “add a credit card” / make it a paid user. I added the user to my paid Zoom Business account, and when I did that, I completely lost all access to the app including all the progress that was made to get the app approved. Weeks of effort and documentation and back and forth completely gone now. Has anyone else encountered this? I see this topic come up several times on the community forum with no clear guidance. I reached out to support and created a ticket that was closed with no resolution. I called support and they bounced me around multiple times including asking me to talk to sales? to resolve an issue that clearly is a permissions problem.

Can a Zoom staff member please help here?
