Created App missing in portal, but working in API

Hi,

My company Client ID and Client secret saved in our internal application working. This app was created some time in 2021, checked all our developer accounts and not able to find apps with this Client ID.

How to recover the app or find which email was used to create this app if I know the client ID ?
