Created mtg hijacked by personal mtg

Hi,

It seems that a user started a mtg early. Instead of attaching the mtg recording to the created mtg it attached it to the personal mtg room.

Both mtgs have the same mtd ID.

How is this possible?

How do we prevent this from happening?
