Cust Create users - why Virtual Background doesnt work if it was allowed?

Hello,
we use the Api Plan and use Cust Create Users to our accounts (It caused  by our  Use  Case).

Our users has allowed the Virtual Background options

1350×519

but when they start meetings there is no Background Option avaliable in their Zoom clients on  PC

 

It  looks  like  a  pretty  bug,  but Online  support  advice me to post it to Community…

Any  advice  please?

Did you pass “YES”? this is a boolean value and should be “true” or “false”

yes -  means  true  :slight_smile:

 and  it still  doesnt  work  :slight_smile:
