I want to customize the default video avatar but not able to do it. Can you please suggest me or provide any reference link so that I can implement this?

When using the default meeting UI provided by the SDK, there is no way to modify the picture shown for each user. In order to accomplish this, you would need to implement a custom meeting UI.
