We have a test user which was delete from our app and we no longer have a valid token (OAuth) for them. Their zoom was not unlinked and we still receive webhooks for their new recordings. How do we unlink this user on your end without their token?
Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. First, I would make sure that the user didn’t have a development and production version of the application installed. It’s possible that they had both installed and are still receiving webhooks from one of them.
On that same note, make sure they don’t have a different app of your installed that may still be delivering webhook events.
If that isn’t helpful, please send an email referencing this thread to email@example.com. Please also include the email of the user and the name of the app. I’ll investigate this further from there.
