It has been 10 days since I last submitted the App for production approval after I addressed the concerns raised by the team but I have not heard anything back. Can you please look into it asap.

The app is currently undergoing security review due to current volume increases in submission recently. Functional and security reviews will take longer than expected but yours should be completed by next week.
