Delete cloud recording API returns 'success' but not deleting the recording for specific customers

API: Delete meeting recordings “DELETE /meetings/{meetingId}/recordings”

App: Google Shared Drive for Zoom

The API returns 204, but the customer reporting that the recording is not moved to ‘trash’

We can share any specific data like customer’s Zoom email, meeting id, etc. Please let us know. This issue is only for specific customer.

Can you please confirm if you are passing the query param action=“trash” in your request?
Can you please confirm that the “The host can delete cloud recordings” setting is enabled for this specific user?
You can find that on Settings tab > Recordings > General > The host can delete cloud recordings

App Name: Google Shared Drive for Zoom which is ‘account’ level app.

We can share Zoom account email of the customer (the admin’s) and any other details required. Please let me know.
