Delivery latency and Unsuccessful delivery

Hello,

please i am facing a problem here, my application is getting webhooks events eventually after almost 10 hours of event occurrence. How is this possible if:

For any unsuccessful notification delivery, Zoom attempts to deliver the event notification three times:

The first attempt is sent five minutes after the initial attempt to deliver the notification.
A second attempt is sent 20 minutes after the first attempt.
A third attempt is sent 60 minutes after the second attempt.

Is there something I’m missing?

Facing the same issue on my client’s meeting. we were meeting about his site best juicer blender in pakistan and this occured. Relly annoyes by it.
