DevTools failed to parse SourceMap under Windows 7

hello,

I am using the Web Zoom SDK and using the newer version – 1.7 – users running Windows 7 cannot join. The error is invalid conference ID. I investigated and found that under Windows 7 the following error is displayed in the console:

DevTools failed to parse SourceMap: https://source.zoom.us/1.7.0/css/bootstrap.css.map

I confirmed that exactly the same code works on Windows 10 etc.

While Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft, we have hundreds of customers running it and they can no longer connect to our web conference. This worked okay under 1.4.

We desperately need a fix.

Hey @rayjbell,

I do not believe the CSS error is the cause of this.

I would suggest your users use Chrome instead, or that your app detects the Windows 7 users and then use the Web SDK 1.4 instead of 1.7

This is the only error generated. This is on Chrome under Windows 7. I will just work around it.

Can you share the meeting ID the Windows 7 users are tyring to join so I can debug?

The meeting ID is: 388-618-0146

However, I have worked around that bug, as I need to move on with my clients.
