Disable join audio by computer at tsratup

Description
Is it possible to disable the default menu displaid at startup, to choose join audio method, between computer spaekers and phone?
especially when webinar settings are set with no phone join possible.
Leaving the choix with only one possible case, keeping the menu is bit anoying for user.

Yes, you can disable the Join by Computer option in your settings.
