Disabling Local Recording and Disabling Recording ready email

Is there a way to disable the local recording option from the UI, so users must select Cloud Recording ( or just enable auto cloud recording and remove the recording selection entirely), and is there a way to disable the email that is sent to users when the recording is ‘ready’…we will be using the API to move recordings to S3 and access them from there…thus the links in the email will not be correct

you can disable local recording @ https://zoom.us/account/setting, at “Recording” section.

you can turn off email notification at same url, under “Email Notification” section.


duh…sorry was looking for settings in API…didn’t think to look at ZOOM UI account settings…thanks!
