Disassociating users with Zoom User Master API

When I disassociate a user, using the Zoom User Master API, Would the user no longer be able to use any phone packages assigned to them, and would they be removed from the External Contacts (in Company Info, Account Settings) or I would need a different API to remove any phone packages assigned to them and to remove them from the Company Info Account Settings External Contacts?

Are you saying you’re removing them from a group or making an API request that disassociates the user? If the latter, please provide the API endpoint, you are leveraging in this workflow for my reference.
