DNS/CNAME records for Domain Verification

Hey everyone! Can someone please assist us in verifying our domain on Zoom. It is showing that we need to add the following records:

Name/Host/Alias: _acme-branding
Time to Live: 3600s
Record Type: TXT
Value: ZOOM_verify_OUFVQxaZNSe9ika0ORpTP3
CNAME: Add a new record that maps your domain to events branding zoom

Which we have - but whenever I try to verify the domain the verification fails.

I’ve reached out to Customer SUpport but they said I should post here to get some dev assistance.
