Do OAuth users benefit from features of the developer account?

I have an app that belongs to a Pro account and is being installed by users outside this account, using OAuth.
Will they benefit from features that belong to the Pro account? Will users be able, for example, to create a meeting with 300 participants because that’s a feature of the Pro account?

No, the user is limited to the features / plan that they have.
