I have set up registration and fetching join_url on my app. Everything seems to work fine after a user registers, but on the day of the event after the meeting starts, fetching the registrants doesn’t seem to return the registrant list. I wasn’t able to watch the log at the time, so I am not entirely sure if it errored out.
Could it be that the endpoint doesn’t return registrants after the meeting has started?

The meetings/meetingId/registrants should work even after the meeting starts.
Do you see this behavior in all the meetings you are hosting? or was this an issue with just one meeting instance?

Interesting, the list of registrants should be returned using this endpoint
I did some testing on my end and I am able to fetch the registrants before, during and after the meeting
I figured out what went wrong. We just had more than 30 registrants and the registrant we’re looking for wasn’t on the first page. So in our controller, we’re keeping track of all registrants before finding the one that matches the user’s email to return their join_url. Do you have any suggestions to speed up the request?

Happy to hear you figure it out.
You should be able to pass page_size as a query parameter in your request and set it up to a higher number than the default so you will get all the registrants in your request
