We wanted to submit our app (Zoom Virtual Sessions Testing for SumTotal) for approval but stuck in ‘Validate the Domain’ step, may be this requires manual validation as we have different domains set-up including documentation link, Privacy policy, Terms etc
I was asked by our Zoom POC to submit the request in this forum, can you please help us out with this.
Note : We recently have our App ‘SumTotal Virtual Sessions for Zoom’ published in zoom marketplace the current requested App is for our stage setup (exact replica of what is currently published).
Business reason for having stage-steup
We have certain group of customers who are validated, they have stage and production environments.
Any fixes or product enhancements are first applied on stage for customer validation then, they are moved to Production environment.
Hence we need two App’s one pointing to our Stage sites and other App pointing to Production sites (stage will be exact replica of what is currently published).
We have been told by Zoom POC to go with same process to have this App get published.
