Domain verification could not be completed

Hello,

Even though we have verified and released numerous times with the old zoomverify.html method, we have been unable to verify our domain after trying two of the four methods for this release. We are only trying to update our app for EU compliance but all methods are failing.

  1. Add TXT Record to your domain - we did this and it should be added to our domain yet the verification fails even though we can verify this with google.

  2. We followed the steps that matched our previous verification buy uploading the html file to our domain but this also doesn’t work.
    Therefore we are posting here in order to get this done by the Feb 17th deadline.
