Domain Verification Appears Broken

Description
I am trying to verify 2 domains using a TXT record, in order to submit a Zoom app for production. I have added the relevant TXT records and can I see them correctly by using the “nslookup” command.

However, no matter what, validation fails. Is there a bug in Zoom’s domain verification? How can I get these domains verified in the meantime?
