Doubt regarding webhooks on not published apps

Description
Hi team, I just want to know if there is any limitation or low priority on the webhooks if the app that we are using is not published yet.

Error
Sometimes we are not getting the webhook events on our backend.

Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?
JWT

Which Endpoint/s?
Currently we are using: meeting start - meeting end - participant joined - participant left.

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. No, we don’t prioritize the delivery of webhooks. If you aren’t receiving certains webhooks, please send an email to developersupport@zoom.us with a link to this thread.

In that email, please include the following:

  1. App Name
  2. App Owner Email
  3. Event that was missed
  4. Timeframe of the missed event

Thanks for your response, for the moment we are not having issues anymore with the webhooks, if we have issues again we will follow your recommendation.
