Downloading the TRANSCRIPT url returned by the v2/videosdk/sessions/:id/recordings failed

Description:

When I tried using Axios, Postman, or Chrome to download the TRANSCRIPT file returned by the v2/videosdk/sessions/:id/recordings API, the download failed. However, the mp4 and TIMELINE files for the same session downloaded without any issues.

Error?
Return an HTML message: This recording does not exist. (3,301)

It happens occasionally, maybe once every few months. So far, I’ve only noticed in two sessions

I’m curious, is this issue happening sporadically, or specific recordings? For example, is this happening for recordings created by a specific user? Since you’re only seeing this failure occasionally, I’m wondering if there is a particular setting at play. Any patterns or commonalities you’re seeing between these failures would be really helpful in tracking down the issue.
