  1. fetch recording urls with recording api
  2. generate jwt
  3. wget {recording_url}?access_token={jwt token}

  • Do you have any firewalls or network restrictions enabled that could be impacting your download capabilities?

  • Are you using the download URL in the browser or some other environment?

We haven’t seen any issues prior to this regarding download speeds, so I just want to make sure we review potential external factors that could be impacting the downloads.
