Earlier, we were able to schedule classes on Zoom using multiple accounts without needing to publish an app on the Zoom Marketplace. However, we are now encountering an error that requires us to publish the app in order to continue scheduling classes this way. Did this issue occur due to an update on your side? We didn’t change the Zoom SDK keys. There is an app in the Zoom Marketplace, but we didn’t publish it. Previously, we could schedule meetings from other accounts as well, but now we can only use this account due to the app being tied to this account. How can we fix this issue? We are in the process of publishing the app, but it is still under review and it says it will take 4+ weeks. We need to fix this immediately.
