Hello , i just received an email of non compliance with the dsa policy ,but my app has been approved few weeks ago with the EU unselected as advised .
Please let me know what i have to do next.

I believe everything is in order. We’re just sending a second email as a precaution. If you intended to disable the EU option and submitted it that way, you’re all set.
Ok but it is quite scary . could you confirm i have nothing to do.

I have doubled checked your submission in our system and I see your EU requirements was updated & submitted a bit ago. It was approved and there doesn’t seem to be anything missing since you have opted out. We understand this email might seem a bit too much but its only for precaution.
