Extension on DS Policy Enforcement Affecting Our Zoom App

We’ve observed that our Zoom app, “Zoho Bookings” (App URL: App Marketplace), has been restricted for EU users due to DS policy enforcement.

We would like to highlight that we did not receive any prior communication or email regarding this policy change. As a result, multiple users are now experiencing disruptions, and we have started receiving customer complaints and support tickets.

We kindly request you to consider extending the timeline for this enforcement, as this would give us the opportunity to make the necessary updates and ensure uninterrupted service for our users.

Unfortunately the emails were definitely sent out to all listed email addresses in the app, this is why we suggest using an email that can receive mail as your contact e-mail address when building your app. The review of DSA compliance is not a complicated issue please submit your request with all the required information and it will be approved within 24 hours.
