We’ve observed that our Zoom app, “Zoho Bookings” (App URL: App Marketplace), has been restricted for EU users due to DS policy enforcement.
We would like to highlight that we did not receive any prior communication or email regarding this policy change. As a result, multiple users are now experiencing disruptions, and we have started receiving customer complaints and support tickets.
We kindly request you to consider extending the timeline for this enforcement, as this would give us the opportunity to make the necessary updates and ensure uninterrupted service for our users.
