After the planned database sync this past weekend, I am seeing some improvement in the availability of employee_id data in call_history objects, but it is still absent from many, even though an employee ID exists on the user’s profile.

Hey, thank you for posting this update, and sorry to hear about your experience. I checked the ticket, and you are correct that this was a confirmed bug. Do you have an open support ticket aside from (ZSEE-199090)? If so, have you updated the ticket with these details @Aidan ?
I did not interact with the ticket directly, so I am unable to update it with further details. I just have a direct message history with Elisa, who communicated with the engineering team and filled out the ticket.
I’ve updated the existing ticket and will continue working with engineering. In the meantime, feel free to share any additional findings on your end that could help with debugging.
