Empty data POST webhook

I’ve use the webhook v1 one month. All worked very well. I always received the data. But some days ago (29th March) the webhook started to fail, the POST data was empty. I’ve changed to v2 but it continues failing. Zoom calls the endpoint but without any data. Variable POST is empty.

Please is very very important. I need a solution asap.

Hi Elena, have you checked the call logs in your developer site ?

If you don’t see any POST data in the logs, we need to look into your account and see what’s going on. Please send your account details to developersupport@zoom.us or better open a support case so that it can be tracked.
