Enable "Allow removed participants to rejoin" won't override room setting that was created before?

I created room MEETING 1 while “Allow removed participants to rejoin” setting is disabled.
I launch meeting for MEETING 1 and then turn on “Allow removed participants to rejoin”
This will not effect to MEETING 1 but only room that created after this option enable ?
