Enable functionality - separate recording files

Can a Zoom employee enable separate recording files on my account as per Video SDK - Authorize?

What I actually care about is 1 video file and separate audio files really, but can handle any combination available.

P.S. It feels odd to use a public forum to get access to a feature after paying for access to Zoom credits/recording functionality.

Hi @chunsiong.zoom , we have similar problem here. Could you please support us?

  1. We already registered the Video SDK Pay As You Go plan (account tecd_platform@kambria.io)
  2. We are working with Video recording feature of Video SDK and see this bug
    ZoomVideoSDKError_Session_No_Rights
  3. Following Zoom instructions on website, we submitted the Contact form in May 15 but no response since then.
  4. Our team also created a topic in this Forum but no response either :rofl:

Could you take a look and help us solve this issue? We really appreciate your support :pray:.

First you will need to have a Video SDK cloud recording plan in place.

Second, I can turn on the individual recording for you from my end. Do note that recording charges are different when individual recording is turned on.

@chunsiong.zoom I have some confusion, could you help clarify?

  1. The “Video SDK cloud recording plan” you mention, is it the “Zoom Video SDK Recording” add-on $100 per month

  2. But the Pay as you go plan we registered already includes Video SDK Cloud Recording Storage $0.5/GB?

Just as a litmus test, are you able to do normal cloud recording right now?

Hi @chunsiong.zoom , our Dev team checked and confirmed Not yet, we are still not able to do normal cloud recording.

Note that our account is tecd_platform@kambria.io with Video SDK Pay As You Go plan.

@kambria_mods if you are not able to do a normal cloud recording, it means that you do not have a cloud recording plan in place.
