We’d like to process each participant’s audio input separately. However, regardless of the number of participants in a call, the Cloud Recording will always have a single voice channel in a single file.
Describe the solution you’d like
I’d like you to consider two options to solve this issue:
- Store a different audio file per participant
- Store a different audio channel per participant in a call
We realised that Local Recordings do support option 1). However, we want to use the API for an internal tool that will process each participant’ audio file.
This is not a new ask, as you can see in this post.
