Request: Enable RTMS access for AI Meeting Assistant

Hi Zoom Team,

I’m building an AI-powered interactive meeting
assistant. I would like to request RTMS (Realtime Media
Streams) access for my Zoom account to enable real-time
audio and transcript streaming for our application.

What we’re building: An intelligent meeting assistant
that helps teams improve meeting productivity through
real-time transcription, AI-generated summaries, smart
Q&A, and automated action item extraction — all running
silently in the background without a visible bot
participant.

Why we need RTMS: We are currently exploring the Meeting
SDK for caption capture, but RTMS would provide a
significantly better experience — no bot participant
visible to attendees, higher quality per-speaker audio
for diarization, and better scalability for teams with
concurrent meetings.

Technical details:

  • App Type: General App / Server-to-Server OAuth
  • Account Email: lijieisme@gmail.com
  • Scopes needed: meeting:rtms:read, meeting:write
  • Backend: Node.js

Could you please enable RTMS for my account or guide me
through the approval process?

Thank you!

Zoom generally does RTMS enablement through their RTMS access flow, not by just adding a scope in the app UI. I’d remove the account email from the public post first, since Zoom asks developers not to post account-specific information in public threads, then submit the official RTMS trial / access form.
