Enable RTMS for App ID [dthnyMT7uXD3QwxE9ehA]

Hi — requesting RTMS (Realtime Media Streams) beta access be enabled for our app.

  • Account ID: ZU__EMiYSKW26f_IMD42tQ

- App: “RTMS RBS” — General app, Meetings surface, App ID [dthnyMT7uXD3QwxE9ehA]

- App scopes: meeting:read:meeting_audio, rtms:read:rtms_started, rtms:read:rtms_stopped

- Account setting “Share realtime meeting content with apps” is ON; the app is added to “Auto-start apps that access shared realtime meeting content”.

- The app is installed account-wide (admin, All users).

Problem: PATCH /v2/live_meetings/{meetingId}/rtms_app/status with

{ “action”: “start”, “settings”: { “client_id”: “” } }

returns HTTP 400 { “code”: 2310, “message”: “Failed to perform RTMS app operation.” }

on every attempt, for meetings created via our Server-to-Server OAuth app and hosted by a Licensed user. We believe RTMS just needs to be enabled for the App ID. Please advise / enable. Thanks!
