Enable RTMS for App ID: VaXEDQyQOuT7fF5AswOTw (Development)

Hi Zoom team,

Please enable RTMS for my Development app. All required setup is complete on my side, but the app does not appear in “Auto-start apps that access shared realtime meeting content” dropdown in Zoom Settings, and meeting.rtms_started webhooks are not firing.

App details:

  • App name: Get Context RTMS PoC
  • Client ID: VaXEDQyQOuT7fF5AswOTw
  • Account email: a.a.khomich@gmail.com
  • Account type: Pro (Licensed)
  • App type: User-managed General app, Development mode

Configuration done:

  • Scopes added: meeting:read:meeting_audio, rtms:read:rtms_started, rtms:read:rtms_stopped
  • Event Subscription configured (RTMS started in Meeting + RTMS stopped in Meeting), endpoint validated and saved
  • Local Test app authorized (visible in My Installed Apps as “Authorized”)
  • Zoom App Settings → “Share realtime meeting content with apps” toggled ON
  • Zoom client up-to-date (version 6.5.5+)

Use case: PoC for our Marketplace app Get Context (currently in review). Migrating from Meeting SDK to RTMS per the upcoming Feb/March 2026 compliance requirement, as recommended by our reviewer.

Could you please enable RTMS access for this Development app so I can complete the PoC and proceed with the migration? Thanks!
