We are facing issues while accessing Accounts and Billing api’s. We have PRO account but not able to access few sets of api’s as master account option should also be enabled for executing those request (sub-account and billing api’s).
We have been trying contacting to zoom via emails (to isv@zoom.us) for the enablement of MASTER_ACCOUNT_OPTION but haven’t got any response from zoom side. We also have submitted “Software Development Partner Application” for requesting the same.

Please suggest for the further steps or if need to follow some specific process.

Have you also tried reaching out to your Zoom Account Executive? Since this needs to be enabled through the sales side of things, that is another point of contact for you.
