Engagement Survey discrepancies

Hi. I’m unable to reconcile consumer engagement surveys via API with data from the UI in “CX Analytics”.

We’re using the List engagements API to reference the “survey_id” response object. If the object exists we report on this engagement as having a survey attached to the engagement. The problem is that many of these engagements are missing in the “Consumer Enagements Survey” report in the UI. From October 1 - 31th, we see 6,729 reported records from the API. From the UI, we see 2,696. Curious if anyone can explain this?

For clarity, we’re trying to report on engagements that prompted the consumer with a survey, and whether or not it was answered.
