I am using the Zoom Contact Center API endpoint https://api.zoom.us/v2/contact_center/engagements to retrieve engagement details but cannot find the consumer_id in the response. How can I ensure the consumer_id is included? Are there specific parameters or configurations I need to apply?"
Hi @rajiv.singh , thank you for joining office hours! Looking forward to hearing back to see if the account owner can see the consumer id for the engagements in the ui!
Hi @rajiv.singh , thank you for responding. Unfortunately I missed your message from 4 days ago because often times when we are not @ directly, we do not receive thread notifications.
@gianni.zoom We have already discussed the problem that we are not getting a consumer ID from the API, and while you requested to check the owner account, we were unable to locate any consumer IDs there. Could you please tell us what you are waiting for from us?
Hi @rajiv.singh my “waiting to hear back” was letting you know that I was waiting to hear back from the Contact Center API engineering team about the logic and behavior. You have provided me with everything I need
Hi @rajiv.singh , I was not able to receive a conclusive answer from our internal forum so I’ve opened up a ticket on your behalf (TS1640540). Please check your email to communicate with support who will escalate to service engineering as needed.
Hi @rajiv.singh funnily enough, my initial contact just reached out and asked if this is a voice engagement. They believe there is no customer id for voice channel.
when i am making callout to get voice call data i am not getting anything in the response in apex salesfoce:-System.HttpRequest[Endpoint=download_url, Method=GET]
