Error Attempting to validate Domains

Hello, I am trying to validate two domains that have been picked up as part of the app production submission.

On the first one I have added the TXT record, and I can confirm it is there when I do a dig on the record. but when I press verify in the ui, I am getting a 400 from the zoom server.

For the second URL, when I try and get the value of what the TXT record should be, I get a 400 from the zoom server which results in it asking for the value to be blank
