Some Developer preview participants are seeing Error code: 10003 when trying to install the preview client on Windows.
Please take the following steps to resolve

Right click the install package

click view cert. select cert path and then select the root cert. then click view cert.

click install.

install as a admin in the local machine.

select place all.
-
select trusted root cert.

then click ok, next and so on.
