We currently have an existing and active contract with Zoom for 50 user licenses for our application. However, in the last couple of days, when we tried to assign users to the remaining unused licenses by using the Zoom API, we got the below error:

code: 2016,
message: ‘No permission, please contact Zoom customer support.’

kindly advise on what to do to fix the issue
