Error: Invalid Redirect

Hi, over the weekend our dev/staging env for zoom OAth integration stopped working and complains about an invalid redirect URL.
There have been no code, redirect or cred changes on our end or in our app settings on Zoom.

The production environment is working fine (thankfully), but we need to test some new functionality.
We use a state value in the redirect URL, but it also fails Oath redirect without this included.

Any help much appreciated!

Can I kindly ask that you share the following with us at developersupport@zoom.us so that we can take a closer look?

  • Dev Client ID
  • Account ID
  • Dev/Local Install URL you’re testing with when you encounter the invalid_redirect error
