Error Message, unknown issue

Hi Zoom Support Team,

We are experiencing an issue with the Bookafy Zoom App. Currently, users are unable to authorize the app, and they receive the following error message when attempting to do so:

Error Message:

Invalid redirect: Bookafy - Online Scheduling Made Easy (4,700)

We have already reviewed the Zoom Developer settings, and everything appears to be configured correctly. However, the issue persists, preventing our customers from authorizing Zoom.

Could you please look into this issue on priority and provide guidance on how to resolve it? Let us know if any additional information is required from our side.

Thanks for reaching out to us!
Can you please confirm that the redirect URL that you have set up in your app it is also added in the Allow list?
If you made any changes to your app after it being published, you would have to submit for an update review to make the new changes available in production

confirmed. it is in the allow list. we hvae a few in allow list for testing, etc. But the primary listed redirect is in the allow list too.

have you made any changes to the app after publishing it?

no. we just had the EU resubmission, with more contact info… but thats it. We havent made any changes outside of adding in address,e tc.
