Scenario: A client requests a Zoom transcript of a meeting, but Zoom doesn’t transcribe if Gong’s “Notetaker” transcription service is present or enabled in meetings.
- Given that Gong is integrated with Zoom and actively recording/transcribing meetings
- When I have settings and policies in place within Zoom to record and transcribe meetings
- Then Zoom should also create a transcription and recording
- And work in tandem with Gong
- So that full recordings and transcriptions are available in both services, without one trying to disable the other.
