At the moment it’s possible to set that a meeting participant can send messages directly only to Hosts and Co-Hosts. However it is not possible to set that the user will be able to send messages that will only be seen by ANY host or co-host. The messages are sent as a private message to the specific host or co-host.
The feature request is to be able to send a message to ALL the hosts and co-hosts, and if the host or co-host replies to that person directly, it will be seen by the other hosts or co-hosts so they know not to duplicate responses.
This feature allows all hosts and co-hosts to give support and Q&A during a meeting, and removes the limitation of only one host or co-host able to respond 1:1.
