Full screen doesn't work properly (version 6.3.1)

Using the latest version of Windows meeting SDK (6.3.1), EnterFullScreen method doesn’t work properly - The top of the screen is not covered.
This is happening since version 6.0 and was not addressed yet, please see the following ticket: https://devforum.zoom.us/t/full-screen-mode-broken-in-6-0-4-6-0-10/110509

It’s a blocker for us. Please can you address it?

It seems adding image to the ticket is blocked, so basically it looks the same as the other ticket link above from version 6.0
