Geeting Meeting Error Code 100

I use zoom to schedule the meeting on my personal app. Till yesterday it was working fine. Today few of my users received an error message code 100 with the warning message as “Meeting Fail”. However, the meeting was live via zoom. What can be the issue and the solution to fix it
